The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Human Resources reports to the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer and VP of Human Resources. This position is responsible for daily management of Human Resources with emphasis on employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, talent acquisition, employee retention, worker’s compensation, and other regulatory HR functions.
