Job Description
Develops standards and rules for the documentation of the Cummins Recruiting processes including current and future applications.
Develops standards and rules for process documentation format, storage, and communication to relevant stakeholders.
Leads configuration audits to assess accuracy and compliance of documentation; documents corrections needed; debriefs team members on findings and required corrections; ensures that corrections are entered into the system.
Acts as a resource, mentor, and/or trainer for questions related to process definition standards and rules; interprets rules; decides on solutions or proposes new rules to address unique or new situations.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition definition best practices and leading-edge practices.
Interfaces and communicates with internal and external customers; directs people to the appropriate resource; research solutions and responds to email and phone inquiries. Initiates, develops, leads, and participates in improvement processes; actively participates in self- and team audits and resulting process improvements.
Understands the structure of the organization and maintains a strong network across departments; draws on network to answer questions, solve problems, and successfully execute responsibilities.
Demonstrates confidentiality in execution of all responsibilities.
Performs other duties as required, to get the job done.
Day to day: They will be updating work instructions to accommodate a new process. Also, there will be high level process management.
Prior work experience: Service copywriter, manufacturing process associate, Looking for a process documentation specialist. Will need Microsoft suite products and Microsoft Visio experience. Any type of former TA Experience or Taleo is highly recommended.
Experience & Knowledge Essential Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent (experience over Education)
Other requirements/preferences:
Experience mapping processes with Microsoft Visio, Creating detailed Work Instruction, and Talent acquisition experience with Taleo and other recruitment tools.
2-4 years experience
