Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to work in our Middleboro, MA location. The HRBP provides human resource consultation, delivering value-added service to management and employees that support the accomplishment of business objectives. Responsible for supporting departments with all people related activities – including but not limited to talent management, training/development, culture/engagement, employee relations, performance management, organization development, policy development and other people related duties. Contributes to the development of workforce plans and understands external customer trends and issues in the industry that could potentially impact business. Acts as liaison with other HR functions.
