Pay range: $16-18/hr
Long term contract: 6-12 months with potential to convert to permanent
Job Description:
Under guidance, key areas of responsibility include interview scheduling, creating offer letters, responding to common inquiries for a variety of questions and issues, managing welcome and career fair materials, monitoring and tracking projects and processes such as onboarding and I-9s.Support the Talent Acquisition Advisors and Recruiters with interview scheduling and offer letter generation.
Respond to questions from associates, hiring managers or other stakeholders with respect to Talent Acquisition processes such as onboarding, first day logistics, I-9s, issue resolution, etc.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of three years related experience, including a minimum of two years of experience in Customer Service or administrative HR Support
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
