Primary Responsibilities:
KeHE has an immediate opportunity for a strategic Human Resources Leader to join our high performing Human Resources team as a Senior Director, reporting to our National VP of HR for Operations. This role will support Warehouse and Transportation teams across our Central US region and lead a team of 10-12 HR professionals (both direct and indirect). This HR leader will have multi-state/multi-site responsibility and a home base out of either Dallas, TX, or Naperville or Romeoville, IL. This position is a hybrid remote role with a blend of travel and on-site across our central region distribution centers, with the opportunity to work remote or hotel from our Corporate office or local DC in between travel. The primary responsibility of the Senior Director Human Resources will be to serve as a strategic business partner in our fast-paced, high growth and dynamic business environment where we work relentlessly to care for both our employees and our customers.
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional who brings deep knowledge and expertise but is also able to listen, learn and cultivate strong relationships rooted in trust to drive change and deliver value to the business. Successful candidates will also be willing to roll up their sleeves and provide tactical HR support as needed to do what it takes to support fluctuating demands in a competitive business environment. A blend of experience across multiple facets of HR within both union and union free distribution or warehouse environments is critical.
