Responsibilities: Execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy, including future talent needs, recruiting, retention, & succession planningSupport & provide guidance to HR Generalists, Management, and other staff when complex, specialized, & sensitive questions/issues ariseMay be required to administer & execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances, such as, providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, & terminationsCollaborating with departmental managers, manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, & hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional rolesAnalyze trends in compensation & benefitsResearch & propose competitive base and incentive pay programs, ensuring organization attracts & retains top talentOversee performance management processes & annual reviewsCollaborate with EHS team, EHS Corporate staff, and operational leaders to support safety, environmental, and health initiativesParticipate in ISO & IATF audits for HR and TrainingPartner with Leave Management provider (The Hartford) on leave & disability requests/claimsCreate learning & development programs/initiatives, providing internal development opportunities Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, & investigationsMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws/regulations, make recommendations for best practices, review policies & practices to maintain complianceTake initiative, expressing knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, & new technologies in HR, Talent Management, and Employment Law
