The Head of Recruitment – Greater China & Mongolia (GCM) is the key business partner to resource the business with the best talent in market to manage and grow the company at the required pace. You will lead the recruitment team and partner with local leaders to position Hilton as the preferred employer setting new standards for effective and efficient recruitment practices for end-to-end recruitment. You will build a world class recruitment practice fit for market that is measured and accountable for an exceptional candidate experience that hires the right candidate for the position every time. Partnering with the business you will deliver on Team Member career aspirations driving the internal hire and transfer rate on a year-on-year basis.
You will operate as a key member of the Greater China Mongolia Human Resources team and talent leadership, reporting to the Head of Recruitment – Asia Pacific based in Singapore, you will be the key business partner as a Recruitment COE to the Vice President Human Resources Greater China Mongolia.
This role will be based in the Shanghai Regional Office with occasional travel within the APAC region.
