As a Director of Sales for the Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh – The Caledonian you are responsible for working closely with the Senior Management Team to drive business needs and expand existing business through promotional efforts and sales channels. You and your team deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience in accordance with the True Waldorf Service Standards. You will train, coach, and continuously develop the Commercial Sales Team. Specifically, a Director of Sales will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
