Coordinates with product development and maintains product launches, coordinating timelines, and manages sample process with internal teams and China office
Communicates consistently with customers and internal departments to provide updates, follow-ups and other administrative communications.
Runs reports, updates excel documents and PowerPoint slides for the International Sales team and distributors.
Acts as liaison to distributors to maintain communication with various departments including Product development, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance and Quality Control/Assurance.
Updates and maintains organization of files, including images, reports, internal trackers, etc.
Assists in organization and meeting preparations for international trade shows, summits, adhoc customer meetings
Assist with Marquee distributor set ups and approvals and manage distributor inquiries.
Preform ad-hoc analysis and sales and marketing data.
Complete other projects as assigned
