JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is responsible for partnering with local hiring managers and field based HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to create and implement a job-specific recruitment strategy to attract and screen qualified candidates for open positions as assigned. The TAS will also be responsible for the successful execution of the strategy and creating a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. The TAS will be accountable alongside the HR Business Partner and Hiring Manager for successfully filling assigned roles with qualified candidates.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute front-end recruitment process for assigned positions which includes: requisition review, recruitment marketing plan creation and execution (scope, plan, post, refresh, innovative search methods,) sourcing candidates, resume and phone screen, initial presentation and scheduling for hiring team.
• Work independently with multiple locations across the US to fill a wide variety of non-exempt positions.
• Provide and seek timely and regular feedback with all stakeholders, keeping communication consistent and proactive.
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System and other methods as needed to keep and manage metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, and cost of hire.
• Assist in growing our commitment to building programs on Diversity & Inclusion
QUALIFICATIONS:
• The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in corporate talent acquisition/ agency recruiting. A minimum of 2 years recruiting for non-exempt roles is required.
• A Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and stakeholders is required.
• Project management skills is a plus.
• Knowlege of applicable laws and and prior interview training is required.
• Intermediate to Mastery skill level in use of recruitment and scheduling tools is required. (MS Outlook, Applicant Tracking System, Indeed, etc.)
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising is preferred. (eg.EQuest, Appcast, Talroo, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
