MSTP – Helpdesk Technician I
Primary Location: Quantico, VA
Must be a U.S Citizen
Security Clearance: Secret
Specific Responsibilities
Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking a Help Desk Technician I to provide technical assistance and support for incoming questions and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Assesses and troubleshoots computer support problems, performs diagnostic tests on programs, finds problem, and determines and implements solutions, applying understanding of computer software and hardware products and services.Provide Tier I and 2 customer support, bridge scheduling, and connectivity for Video Teleconferencing (VTC).
The mission of the MSTP is to provide training in MAGTF across the range of military operations, within the context of a Joint and/or Combined Task Force environment, to improve the warfighting skills, with the main effort of providing training and support.
Required Skills/Qualifications
IAT Level II
CCNA Collaboration certified (4) Must maintain privileged access to Marine Corps (5) Operational military experience w/ A/V systems and services with extensive knowledge in CISCO Call manager, VTC, and Enterprise Help Desk support. Mobile support requires extensive knowledge of Purebred key management, BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)
Familiarity with ITSM systems (I.e., Remedy) and associated workflows.
Desired Skills/Qualifications
Junior Level – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent w/ 1+ Years Direct Relevant Experience
Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook skills.
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
