Job title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
In this role, we are looking for someone who is ambitious, organized, process driven, and will contribute to the success of the Customer Experience department. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for partnering with the Customer Experience leadership team and executing recruitment strategies to ensure the highest quality of Customer Experience Expert candidates are identified to meet business needs. We aim to be recognized as the best and most trusted Customer Experience brand in the world!
• Working knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies
• Excellent oral and written communications abilities
• Effective negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to apply mature and discrete thinking/problem-solving/decision-making and actions in a variety of situations
• Detail-oriented, technologically adept, and organized
• Time Management and Prioritization
• Collaborates well with others
It would be great to see a Talent Acquisition Specialist have:
• 4+ years’ Talent Acquisition high-volume experience
• Proficiency in developing processes and improving upon existing processes
• Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Proficiency with Microsoft/Office 365 products: Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
