Job Description
Individual must be a highly motivated and driven individual with a developed sense of integrity and commitment to bringing in deals. Must be willing to wear multiple “hats” and have a jump in type of attitude for a fast-paced IT organization. Individual will be responsible for generating sales leads and developing their own sales pipeline utilizing the internet and other tools available to them. This individual must be extremely organized and will need to show their progress and provide updates throughout the sales cycle of potential customers.
Essential Responsibilities
Developing a Sales Pipeline
Creating Potential Customer Development lists
Consistently Cold Calling Potential customers a key role of the position
Answer incoming calls; handle inquiries and fulfill maintenance activities
Excellent Follow-up, time utilization and organizational skills
Emailing Potential Customers
Proposal Creation
Potential Client Follow up
On-line or in person initial software demonstrations
Updating Social Media for marketing purposes
Requirements:
Excellent Phone and personal presentation skills
Great time management and organizational skills for follow up
Ability to communicate clearly with potential sales and internal organizational members
2 years Sales experience in Business-to-Business Sales
Ability to learn comprehensive ERP, PLM, and Accounting software solutions offered by RLM
Great computer presentation skills
Be knowledgeable about all products and services
Ability to travel when necessary (5% of the time)
Work remotely from home
Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in business solution sales within mid-sized and large Fortune 2000 businesses.
Proven sales track record of achievement and demonstrated record of success in an incentive/goal driven environment.
Assertive Attitude and Self Starter: Persistent, tenacious ability to overcome obstacles and strive to achieve goals.
Proven ability to consistently move customer or prospect towards commitment and close sales that exceed customer expectations.
Ability to articulate key selling points/features and benefits.
Experience in selling marketing and rich media solutions preferably in Software as a Service (SaaS) applications.
Excellent telephone and customer service skills with the ability to effectively demonstrate products and services on-line in a virtual environment.
Internet Savvy, proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel and hands-on experience with customer databases such as Hubspot.com.
Software: MS Office: Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
