We seek a Food Safety Practitioner & Quality Assurance Manager to join our Team at our Hoff’s Bakery manufacturing facility in Malden, MA. The Company serves food service and retail trades nationally, supplying customers with high-quality desserts, superior customer service, and consistency – which gained traction for our products at supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and more.
Summary of the Job:
Responsible for developing, maintaining, updating, and improving the Food Safety and Quality Management System. Oversees and enforces compliance and remains current with all applicable regulatory and GFSI requirements, specifically the SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing and the SQF Food Quality Code. Develops and enhances the plant sanitation and new product development programs
Position Reports To General Management
Salary range: Upon seniority
Work Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday on-site

The employee must have the ability to work with milk, egg, tree nut, wheat, peanut, and soybean products, in addition to many other ingredients.
