GAI Consultants is seeking a Project Accounting Associate to assists Project Manager throughout the project life cycle: establishing project budgets, reviewing and preparing the client invoices, coordinating accounts receivable and work-in-progress review, and review project financial performance. The successful candidate will be able to work from any of GAI’s office locations.

English as a first language or demonstrated verbal and written skills in English as a second language. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to demonstrate strong writing/communication skills. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of various software programs which may include Accounting software; HRIS software; ATS software; Database software; Internet software; Inventory software; Payroll systems; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software; and Word Processing software.
