The Director of Human Resources must demonstrate strong commitment to our Mission to Save People Money and to our Values. Reporting to our SVP, People Operations & Chief of Staff, this role will lead our HR, Benefits and Talent Acquisition for our diverse 125-strong team spread across the United States. Based in Chicago, this role has two direct reports and will be a member of the Leadership Group of senior staff at the company.
This role comes with a great deal of trust and autonomy. Be willing to try new things, learn from what doesn’t work, and make the things that do work even better. We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that has ‘been there, done that’ for the most core strategic HR work but remains unafraid to stretch outside of their comfort zone to make a positive impact on our business and our amazing people.
This is a hybrid position requiring at least one week per month working from our main office in Chicago. Target compensation is between $130,000 and $150,000, which includes base salary and annual bonus opportunity.
