The Open Connect Capacity Planning team is at the center of all efforts to ensure that there’s always enough capacity so that our members always have a great entertainment experience. We provide long range planning by developing proactive strategies that are future compatible, and nimble enough to change course quickly. Working with the engineering and finance teams, Capacity Planning main tasks include: 1) translating demand forecasts into concise, actionable capacity plans, 2) managing utilization by providing reports and dashboards out to key stakeholders, and 3) provide data-driven analyses to continually optimize spend and ensure the platform is scalable far into the future.
The Open Connect Capacity Planning group is recruiting for a Capacity Planner to focus on hardware and IP backbone capacity planning.

Who You Are
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $120,000 – $515,000.
