Job Summary
Delaney Advantage Technologies is seeking a Mid to Senior-level HR Specialist to join our growing team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for providing HR support in areas across the HR discipline, including ADP systems, employee relations, analytics, and compliance.
We are currently open to both W2 and 1099 hires, both with part-time requirements. Please indicate in your application which you prefer.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage recruitment and onboarding of new hires through ADP to include drafting offer letters, setting up new hires in all relevant systems, and completing onboarding training with company policies and procedures
· Manage offboarding of employees to include collecting company-issued materials, successfully removing employees from accounts, and final payroll is processed in compliance with their state requirements
· Assist with benefit administration, serving as liaison between internal staff and external benefit broker facilitating open enrollment periods and any individual benefit changes or updates
· Creating and maintaining a database of HR documentation including updating the employee handbook, onboarding checklist, and other related materials
· Regularly work within ADP to manage employee time cards and process payroll
Qualifications
· Minimum 8 years of HR experience
· Strong understanding of HR legal compliance across all 50 states
· Proficient in ADP system management
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
· Detail-oriented and highly organized with a proactive approach
· Bonus if the experience with the U.S. security clearance process
· Bonus if familiar with Ease benefit management
