LinkedIn is looking for a Staff Business Continuity and Resilience Program Manager to join our InfoSec Governance, Risk and Compliance team to empower LinkedIn to create a secure and thriving platform for every member of the global workforce. This role will have a mix of strategic and operational responsibilities working with cross functional stakeholders to assess business continuity risk, mature program strategy and drive continual improvement of the business continuity program at LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
– Plan, execute and continuously improve the business continuity and resilience program.
– Conduct business impact analysis (BIAs) and hazard vulnerability assessments (HVAs) to
identify critical business processes and mitigate impact to essential functions.
– Develop and administer business continuity training and awareness activities to promote a
culture of preparedness.
– Own and mature business continuity policies and standards to support the overall strategy.
– Maintain comprehensive business continuity plans to ensure critical functions continue
during disruptions and help facilitate recovery.
– Conduct tabletop exercises with key stakeholders and leadership to evaluate the
organization’s response plans and recovery capabilities.
– Assist in the continuous improvement of the business continuity and resilience program by
incorporating feedback from audits, compliance frameworks and emerging technology.
– Contribute to the GRC tooling strategy by identifying enhancements and leveraging features
to support business continuity program activities.
– Drive continual improvement by developing performance metrics and building reporting to
communicate the success of business continuity programs.
– Establish relationships with partner teams within LinkedIn and leverage cross-functional
coordination skills to drive business continuity program objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
B.S/B.A in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in managing Business Continuity and Resilience programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or equivalent business continuity certification(s).
Experience in planning, managing and executing business impact analysis (BIA), tabletop exercises and training to successful completion.
Experience with common information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 27018 and ISO 22301.
Experience leveraging GRC tooling to support business continuity and resilience activities.
Experience with information security risk management including risk assessment, risk response and risk reporting.
Easily adaptable and willing to evolve real-time to meet changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent relationship building skills and track record of positive stakeholder feedback.
Possess a dream big, have fun and get stuff done attitude.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $131,000 – $215,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
