The Sales Policy Management (SPM) team is responsible for developing sales policies that enable business growth and uphold ethical, customer-centric selling practices.
The Sales Policy Program Manager will be responsible for the enforcement of sales policies, serving as a strategic partner to Sales and Go-To-Market Operations leadership, and setting the tone and driving recommendations for the Rules of Engagement (ROEs) and cross-functional collaboration.
This position reports to the Manager of Sales Policy Management, LMS (LinkedIn Marketing Solutions).
Responsibilities
The Senior Program Manager will contribute to the design, implementation and enforcement of sales policies and workflows specifically related to LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions (LMS). The Senior Program Manager will also be responsible for the end-to-end resolution of sales disputes, which requires a full understanding of the LMS sales cycle and the crediting workflows.
In addition to driving the enforcement of policies, the Senior Program Manager will also drive strategic projects by partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance the Rules of Engagement (ROEs). Projects may focus on, but will not be limited to: partnering cross-functionally to enhance and scale operational workflows, driving adoption of change management initiatives globally, and providing recommendations to enhance training and communication to the Field on sales policies.

The pay range for this role is $89,000 – $135,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
