Job Description
General Summary
Provides a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition process. This position assists multiple Talent Acquisition Specialists in all recruitment activities at the local UMMS facility. Performs other duties associated with services required by the local Human Resources Department.
Principal Responsibilities And Tasks
Provides administrative support to multiple HR Shared Services Talent Acquisition Specialists to facilitate full life-cycle talent acquisition process. Responsibilities and tasks include but are not limited to:
Provides administrative support for the local Human Resources Department and manages the assigned candidate onboarding tour process after the TA Specialist confirms an acceptance of an offer of employment. Responsibilities and tasks include but are not limited to:
