Yondr was founded in 2014 with a simple goal: to create phone-free spaces.
Phone-free spaces are a helpful and necessary part of modern life, allowing for people to engage in what they are doing and who they are doing it with. We work with partners around the world to create these environments in schools, live shows, courtrooms, and other spaces.
We are seeking a full-time Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role will have the ability to impact and grow a young and upcoming company while traveling to some high-profile events.
To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organized and work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will embody Yondr’s mission to live in the real world and not behind a screen.
Duties & Responsibilities:
● Report to Director of Supply Chain.
● Assist in coordinating routing plans.
● Actively track domestic shipping logistics for shows, events, and partnerships.
● Daily data entry of shipments for shows, events, and partnerships.
● Track and report inventory levels within multiple warehousing facilities.
● Act as a liaison with the third-party warehouses with respect to daily operations.
● Maintain and improve day-to-day operations at warehousing facilities: processing inbounds, pick & packing orders, processing returns.
● Perform regular visits to warehousing facilities to check inventory.
● Foster and maintain professional, efficient, positive relationships with vendors, venues, clients and internal teams through email & phone communication.
● Support other supply chain projects and initiatives.
● Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
● Should possess high attention to detail, highly organized. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Should possess cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to support multiple internal teams.
● Ability to efficiently work under pressure regarding quick timelines. Ability to make quick level- headed decisions.
● Should possess knowledge of 3PL, courier services, freight forwarders, international shipping services & requirements.
● Availability and willingness to work differentiating hours, not always 9-5pm.

● Superb interpersonal skills and communicates well with a variety of audiences.
● Comfort and/or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment.
● Entrepreneurial, organized, trustworthy, highly autonomous, and comfortable traveling.
● Pragmatic with a bit of whimsy.
