The historic Firehole Ranch is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team for the 2024 summer season. Come Live, Work and Play only 30 minutes from West Yellowstone and immerse yourself in everything nature offers.
Firehole Kitchen:
Kitchen staff feeds up to 25 guests (plated) with an additional 20-25 staff members (buffet) daily. We have a large BBQ on Wednesdays guests / staff / friends (50-60ppl). Applicants should have good communication and a positive attitude. We are a small but busy kitchen, and the ability to work well in a team environment is a must. Kitchen staff must be willing to help where necessary. A strong desire to deliver exceptional guest service required.
Sous Chef:
Works with the Executive Chef to maintain overall kitchen operations. Sous Chef will collaborate on daily changing menus and ordering. Shifts may vary depending on kitchen needs. Ability to cook from scratch with knowledge of varied cooking styles and techniques. High end fine dining experience preferred. Some baking and pastry may be necessary. Must possess a strong desire to deliver an exceptional guest experience through quality of service.
