Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Recruiter and play a key role in sourcing, selecting, and attracting top talent for government contracting positions across the United States and overseas.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies.
Source passive talent through creative methods and networking.
Screen applications, select qualified candidates, and schedule interviews.
Assist with the interview process, maintaining accurate documentation of candidates following OFCCP guidelines.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and OFCCP guidelines.
Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation tactics.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for various roles.
Effective independent and team collaboration skills.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with hiring and recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for Veteran’s Health Administration (strongly preferred).
Experience Recruiting For Medical Positions (preferred).
3 to 5 years of government contracting recruiting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other candidate search technology.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Familiarity with OFCCP guidelines for recruiting.
Expected Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually
