The Role:

As a member of the LinkedIn Asia Talent Solutions leadership team you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the business line in region and be the steward of exceptional talent on the team. You will be responsible for designing innovative customer strategies and will inspiring brilliant partnerships to accelerate LinkedIn’s in the region.
As a trusted advisor to C-level executives the Senior Director Talent Solutions will share insights and continually seek opportunities for growth to make our customers as strong and successful as possible.
This individual will lead Director & Senior Managers to build and maintain exceptional customer relationships. Focused on delivering results through internal collaboration, stakeholder management and fostering diversity, inclusion and belonging.
