This role can be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, Carpinteria, Chicago, Detroit, New York, Omaha, or Washington DC.

We are looking for an HR Senior Change Manager to join our HR Change Management Team to drive projects and help to build our change management capability within our Global Talent Organization (GTO). This role will be focused on leading change management efforts on our most critical strategic priorities with the ultimate goal of empowering our employees to do the best work of their careers.
You will need a solid understanding and background in both Change Management and Talent organizations, to ensure the right change strategy is applied and executed successfully to achieve buy-in, adoption and overall success of the LinkedIn’s organizational cross functional changes initiatives.

The pay range for this role is $107,000 to $175,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
