We are looking for a Recruiter, to join our Talent Acquisition team! Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, this role will be passionate about our mission to support those who need it most in our healthcare system. This is an opportunity for someone who finds comfort in high-growth, ambiguous environments, is excited by building, and is passionate about solving tough problems with high impact.
What You’ll Do
As a Recruiter, you will be a key business partner in supporting the human capital growth of Diverge Health. While you’ll support talent acquisition across the enterprise, you will directly own the execution of the talent acquisition program that identifies, assesses and hires our Health Coaches, the team that drives our patient support model. We are looking for someone who is proactive with a high sense of urgency, and exceptional communication and follow-up skills. In addition to full-cycle recruiting, this Recruiter will be responsible for networking with social service and community organizations to build candidate pipelines. This individual will serve as a thought partner on the broader talent market, working with the Talent Acquisition manager and leadership to calibrate expectations against the reality of real-time market feedback. Additionally, this individual will play a role in supporting broader functional areas as they come online including onboarding, talent data and systems, and orientation as needed.
