SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :
Rotates to treatment and simulation areas as directed by the Manager and Team Lead Radiation Therapists, and demonstrates the knowledge and ability to maintain skills in one or more advanced, quaternary care technique, including but not limited to:
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, and/or REGISTRATIONS:
• Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist-Radiation Therapy License required
• ARRT Certification or equivalent certification accepted by the State of Massachusetts with active registration and CE compliance required
• New graduates must pass the ARRT examination within the first 90 days of employment
EDUCATION:
Must be a graduate of an ARRT recognized program or equivalent in radiation therapy technology, BS required if graduated after 2000. Associate degrees will be accepted for candidates that completed their education prior to 2000
