Our client is a Turkish consumer electronics producer intending to establish commercial operations in Milan, Italy, looking for a ‘Country Manager’.
MANAGEMENT DUTIES
Taking an active role and leadership in the establishment of the Italy office.
Determining and implementing the goals of the country office with strategic thinking.
Introducing brand strategies to the Italian sales teams and monitoring their performance.
Managing collaborations with sales channels and chain stores.
Determination and implementation of after-sales service standards.
Developing and implementing sales strategies of branded white goods & consumer electronics in Italy.
Creating a sales budget and taking responsibility of the budget
Determining product category targets appropriate to the distribution channels
Managing and expanding the network of sales channels and chain stores.
Evaluating and improving the overall performance of the country office.
PROFILE
Minimum Education Level : Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Business Administration, Economics, Commerce or Engineering; preferably a Master’s Degree
Minimum Experience Period : 15 Years
(10+ years of sales management experience in Italy on white goods, home appliances and/or consumer electronics, preferably sales management experience of an International Brand, Distinctive success story in past sales and marketing management positions)
Language Requirements : Italian (Native Language) and English
Working Location : Italy

Experience and leadership skills in selling branded white goods / consumer electronics in Italy.
Competence and knowledge on managing Italian sales channels and chain stores.
Experience in managing after-sales service conditions and having previously served in management.
