Scale LLP is seeking a Practice Success Coordinator who will play a mission-critical hybrid role in supporting both the operations team and as an execution lead for our Business Development (“BD”), Marketing, Talent, and Community teams. In addition to collaborating with cross-functional teams and being a valuable member of the Ops team, you will be a point of contact to support our top tier attorneys (some of the most experienced in the profession) on business development initiatives and client development campaigns.
