We’re Sutherland, and we now seek friendly, action-oriented individuals to handle inbound customer calls as well as manage outbound follow-up calls as part of our Insurance (property & casualty) team. In this position, you will support people calling with questions about our customer’s products and services; provide basic policy information; transfer calls to the correct team when escalation is required, and handle other related duties as needed.
This is a work from home, part time position that will require up t0 30 hours per week. You will be scheduled Monday- Friday, with shifts starting at 10AM or noon.
