The role:
We’re hiring our first recruiting leader! This is a strategic hire that affects the entirety of company culture. You’ll build our talent acquisition function and team from the ground up. You’ll design and execute a best in class talent acquisition strategy. You’ll also run a full cycle recruiting process for a few key roles.
The Head of Talent Acquisition is a strategic hire that affects the entirety of the Company culture and morale. Manufactured is NOT a hire-at-all-costs and we question fit, understanding and learning curve constantly during the hiring process. Understanding why each role is critical to the business as it stands and where the right candidate will fit inside the corporation in the short and medium term is also key part of the role. You’ll work closely with our Founders to build an incredible team.
Your strategic and creative. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes a lot of pride in driving a number of non-traditional candidates at the top of the funnel and curating that funnel for quality over volume during the process..
